All staff employed by Care and Companionship with Emma Ltd hold the relevant mandatory training required for their role.

These certificates can be viewed on request and are kept in individual staff files.

We conduct regular staff supervisions and staff competency assessments where it is then determined whether or not a staff member requires or will benefit from additional training.

All staff vacancies are advertised appropriately. Interviews are conducted based on relevant CV applications where a potential candidate is asked a list of specific questions.

Full mandatory training is provided and must be completed before employment commences.
